Pricing

Half Day Package (5 hours) – $280
Ideal for pantries, partial kitchens, storage cupboards, and smaller spaces.

Full Day Package (7–8 hours) – $380
Perfect for walk-in pantries, walk-in wardrobes, full rooms, or larger projects.

​

Hourly Rate – $65 per hour
Some projects don’t fit neatly into a package. In these cases, the hourly rate will apply as needed and will be charged in addition to a full-day package.​​

Extras

Storage

Any storage solutions or relevant items purchased will be charged to the client in addition to the package/hourly rate.
These items are only purchased if agreed to prior, and you are charged only for what is used.

Please note: storage products are not required to complete our service. We are able to work with any existing storage you already have, provided it suits the space.

Travel

Travel charges may occur if you are outside of the standard service areas (Port Stephens and Newcastle)

Payments & Deposits

All jobs are invoiced. Payment can be made via bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice. Cash payments are also accepted.

A 20% deposit is required at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of services.


The deposit is fully refundable with more than 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

The Client Process

Step One | Initial Consultation

This can take place via phone call, FaceTime, or in person. During this conversation, we’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and family needs to ensure the space is tailored to you.

Step Two | Style, Budget, Planning

Once we establish your style, budget, and goals, I will source and purchase any containers or products required for the space (this is optional — product costs are additional).

Step Three | Decluttering

The first in-person step is decluttering. We’ll remove all items from the space and go through everything together. Nothing will be donated or discarded without your full approval. I can take donations for you.

Step Four | Clean, Sort and Organise

The space will be cleaned, then all items will be sorted, categorised, and placed into their designated zones or containers before being returned to the space.

Step Five | Finishing Touches!

We’ll walk through your newly organised space together. I’ll provide guidance and tips to help you maintain the system long term.
